Italian Rainbow Cookies

East Coast Bakery style Italian Rainbow cookies. Three layers of almond cake are sandwiched together and filled with four fruit berry preserves, then coated in premium dark chocolate.

These cookies are hand cut, sizes of each cookie will vary slightly. Cookies will last 4-6 weeks refrigerated in an airtight container.

Cookies come by the Half Dozen,Full Dozen and Platter option.
